Where I Am From

I´m  from the sound of the rooster in the morning

From the smell of coffee and tea and dew.

I’m from the morning when my grandma kneels and prays

next to her bed.

I’m from good weather in the morning before the sun rises.

I’m from  the biggest history that has ever existed in the world

and the best dishes as well.

I´m from freedom but not mentally free as a nation.

I’m from the blue sea of the North-east of North-america.

I´m from a strong culture and  strict family rules.

I´m from a place where  sunday is special.

I’m from a  rich and special earth.

I’m from hope and unconditional love.

My present perspective 

Today I am  the river that flows through the top of the mountain.

Following  the path to its purpose.

Today I’m a life learner who keeps learning from life.

Today I take the pen to write my own story with my own creativity and perspectives.

Today I embrace each struggle that I face.

I see that only the sky can be my limit on this Earth.

I can feel the pain from the past strengthen me to

keep moving forward.

Today I like taking more risks than before,

everyday is made of opportunities,

you just have to take them.

Today I can say that I have learned things from the past

that will help me for the future.

Dear Future Thessono,

I always believe that you will make it,

after all that you’ve been through man.

I see you in your dream house living in the mountains.

Living in the mountains was always in my plan though.

You´re not perfect but you always do your  best

and fight for your beliefs.

I´m so proud of what you have done for ourselves and

your loved ones.

I see that you have  found your way to  God

and your relationship with him gets  stronger.

You always  want to  help others in their struggles.

I´m especially impressed about what you did for your country.

I’m still thinking about this project now.

but i’m so glad that you’ve accomplished it man.

You finally broke up this barrier,

you are financially, mentally, spiritually free.
