Sorry

Hi, my name is MARLON. I am originally from Honduras. On May 11, 2014, I immigrated to America with my mother because we wanted to have the American dream. Our lives are now fulfilled with our dreams.

Today two years ago my life changed. I never imagined I could be where I am now. When I was young I lived in a small town with my family. I thought that my life would stay in the town of Olancho, where I lived in Honduras.

The day we immigrated to America was not so easy, we had to cross into this country by crossing over the “RIO GRANDE” in Mexico.  I thought Rio Grande did would not belong to America. I hoped that my mother and I  are in a country that supports immigrants people.  America is great with Latinos because we work hard every day and night by night. My history of being an immigrant  young person is to have a good future in my life for example: studying, graduate with honors, work, and dream that I want to help all the orphans and children with disabilities.

In the United States, I want to study hard, so my parents can be proud of me  and see me with many honors.

My mother advises me that I do not take bad vices and go the right way, because then I repent of what she did not say. And only with God’s help will I have a great future or dream of what I really want in life ..
