Sorry

My name is Fredeline Casimir. I am from Haiti. I came to America in 2014; I was 16 years old.  When I was in Haiti I was living with my family; my grandmother was the leader in the house.  When I left Haiti, it was really hard for me, because I have friends and family in Haiti. I missed my church. I felt so sad when my mother was telling me that she wanted me, my sisters, and my brother to come to America. I said, “Wow.” One of my dreams was eliminated, because, when I was a little girl, I always said I wanted to go to New York City or Canada, but not to Florida. That dream was not fulfilled, and I was so sad. At the same time, I was so happy, because I always wanted to see my mother, my brother, and my little sister. I came to United States on Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 2014. I came to America, because I have a dream. My dream is to have a good education, to have a better life, and to help my parent.
