I felt ecstatic!

I was born August 17, 1995 in Uzbekistan. Now, I live in Brooklyn with my father who is taxi driver and my mother who is home attendant. My older sisters live in Uzbekistan with their husbands and children. My older brother lives to-gether with me and my parents. He works as electrician.  My family speaks Tadjik.

When I was six years old, I played soccer with my friends. I felt disappointed because we played well but did not win the game. When I was seven years old, I started school. I learned Uzbek at school.

When I was eight years old, my grandfather died. I felt sad because he was good man and helped people build houses. My grandmother now is living. I feel excited because next year she may come to Brooklyn.

When I was seventeen years old, I discovered music in the computer from all over the world for the first time. I felt ecstatic! When I was eighteen years old, I traveled and worked in Russia. I learned to speak Russian by speaking to Russian people.

In July 2015, I moved to the United States with my family. I started school, Pathways to Graduation in December.  I felt anxious before I made new friends.  I feel hopeful now because I think about getting my diploma and selling cars.
