My name is Juan Manuel, I am 17 years old and I am from Colombia from the city of Medellín. I came to live in the United States about a year ago with part of my family to reunite with the other part of my family since we lived in Colombia and the other half of my family here. When we arrived in the country, I realized that there were many good things, but one of the changes I faced was the change in culture and traditions, because in Colombia there are many different cultures than here, but over time I adapted to the country and traditions. that are lived here because at the beginning I realized the difference in the food, in the day to day and some celebrations that we do there are different from the ones here and during this year I am studying grade 11 to pass to grade 12 and be able to graduate from High School.

The expectations that I have for the course of these years are to have a good average in school and meet all my requirements for graduation finish High School with an excellent average and be able to graduate to enter College or a good University and study the career that I want called Software Development, which is a career where codes are programmed to create Web pages and other types of Web programs and become a professional developing computer systems, since this is a professional career that attracts my attention because it is related to the things that I like, for that reason I am going to choose to be a Software Developer.

Mi nombre es Juan Manuel tengo 17 años y soy de Colombia de la ciudad de Medellín, vine a vivir a Estados Unidos hace aproximadamente un año con una parte de mi familia para reunirnos con la otra parte de mi familia, ya que nosotros vivíamos en Colombia y la otra mitad de mi familia aca. Cuando llegamos al país me di cuenta que habían muchas cosas buenas, pero uno de los cambios que enfrente fue el cambio de cultura y tradiciones porque en Colombia hay muchas culturas diferentes que acá pero con el transcurso del tiempo me fui adaptando al país y a las tradiciones que se viven acá porque al principio me di cuenta en la diferencia que hay en las comidas, en el dia a dia y algunas celebraciones que hacemos allá son diferentes a las de acá y en el transcurso de este año estoy cursando el grado 11 para pasar al grado 12 y poder graduarme de la High School.

Las expectativas que tengo para el transcursos de estos años es tener un buen promedio el la escuela y cumplir todos mis requisitos para la graduación y terminar la High School con un excelente promedio y poderme graduar para entrar al College o una buena Universidad y estudiar la carrera que quiero llamada Desarrollo de Software que es una carrera donde se programan códigos para crear páginas Web y otro tipo de programas Webs y convertirme en un profesional desarrollando sistemas informáticos, ya que esta es una carrera profesional que me llama mucho la atención porque se relaciona con las cosas que me gustan, por esa razón voy a elegir ser Desarrollador de Software.
