By accessing or using the Services at I LEARN AMERICA (www.ilearnamerica.com website), you acknowledge that you accept the practices and policies outlined in this Privacy Policy.

When using the term “Personal Information,” we are referring to personally identifiable information of individual, non-student registrants of I LEARN AMERICA. References to “Children’s Personal Information” refer only to the personally identifiable information of users who have registered for the Services as minor students (i.e., students under the age of 18).

If you have any questions or concerns regarding our privacy practices, please send a detailed message to ilearnamerica@gmail.com, or write us at 443 12th street #1b, Brooklyn, NY 11215. USA.

1. What Does This Privacy Policy Cover
We will only use your data as set forth in this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy discloses the privacy practices for the Site and explains how I LEARN AMERICA collects and uses information from users who access the Site and use our services. The Privacy Policy may be amended at any time, with or without notice to users. We encourage you to periodically visit this page to review the current Privacy Policy. If you would not like I LEARN AMERICA to collect and use your information in the manner set forth in this Privacy Policy, please do not provide that information to us.

2. Information We Collect and How We Use It
Generally, we will collect certain Aggregate Information, Personal Information, or both when you subscribe to our products or services; contact us; participate in forums, or message boards; rate, tag, or comment on articles; or participate in surveys, contests, or games.

A. The Treatment of Children’s Personal Information
If you are not of legal age to form a binding contract (generally under the age of 18), you may only use the Services with your parent’s or guardian’s express consent. Review this Privacy Policy with your parent or guardian and make sure you understand it.

Teacher and Guardian Consent
I LEARN AMERICA requires a parent or guardian to provide consent before a child under the age of 18 can create a I LEARN AMERICA account. Teachers and school administrators may provide consent on behalf of parents. Parents should consult their school’s Acceptable Use Policy for more information about their child’s school’s policies and practices for protecting children on the Internet. As a teacher or school administrator, it is your responsibility to confirm that you have authority to consent on behalf of your student’s parents.

During the I LEARN AMERICA Educator registration process, we collect information to help us verify the Educator’s account (i.e., first and last name and email address). We also require that all registered Educators verify their email address prior to be able to participate in any particular Service or become a member of I LEARN AMERICA.

Teachers may provide consent for a child under the age of 18 electronically by assisting in the registration of Student accounts through the distribution of a unique class code associated with the Teacher’s account or via email invitation, provided they confirm their authority to consent, and affirmatively indicate consent, on behalf of a parent or guardian of each such student to the collection of personal information from that student by I LEARN AMERICA and to the use and disclosure of such personal information under the terms of this Privacy Policy and Privacy Notice for Children Under 13.

Parents can provide consent by email or postal mail for their children to use I LEARN AMERICA. Complete email instructions are provided in the parental consent form available at the following link: I LEARN AMERICA Parent Consent Form Link.

To provide consent by postal mail, parents should fill out the I LEARN AMERICA Parent Consent Form, sign it and mail it to:
I LEARN AMERICA
443 12th street #1b
Brooklyn NY 11215
United States of America
Attn: Parent Consent Form

Once we receive consent from a parent, teacher or school administrator, the student’s I LEARN AMERICA account will be activated.

If you are a student registrant and your parent or guardian has signed up for the Services with an Access Code provided by your teacher, you understand that your parent or guardian can view all information within or associated with your Services account, including, without limitation, messages between you and your teacher and grades you received on assignments.

If we learn we have collected personal information from a student under the age of 18 without parental consent being obtained by his or her parent, school, district, and/or teacher, or if we learn a student under the age of 18 has provided us personal information beyond what we request from him or her, we will delete that information as quickly as possible. If you believe that a student under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information in violation of the I LEARN AMERICA Privacy Policy, please contact us at ilearnamerica@gmail.com with “Attn: Privacy Policy” in the email subject line.
